The product
Swatchly is a browser extension for saving and applying brand colours and fonts. A free plan is available. Swatchly Pro removes the free plan's limits.
What "lifetime" means
Swatchly Pro is a one-off payment. Your licence remains valid for as long as Swatchly is offered. If we decide to stop offering Swatchly, we will give at least 60 days' notice on this website, and the extension will keep working on your device for as long as your browser supports it. A future major version (for example Swatchly 2) may be sold separately.
Licence
One licence covers one active device at a time. You can deactivate a device inside the extension and activate another. The licence is for your own use and may not be resold or shared.
Refunds
If Swatchly Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund through our payment provider.
Warranty and liability
Swatchly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
